Ermes Gnemmi

Founder and CEO of Strategie e Mercati he has been executive in many companies, such as Johnson Wax, Parke Davis, Mondadori, Schroder Investment, active on national and international markets. He has also been CFO in companies quoted on the stock exchange, such as Ame Finanziaria and Sarriò Saffa.

Since years he is at company owner's and management's side in: strategic development, organization and finance restructuring, company transition, research for new international opportunities – joint ventures, merger and acquisition - , identification of finance leverage helpful to compete.

He has been active as lecturer in many fora held by qualified Institutes, Consulting Companies, Universities. He teaches 'Organization & Human Resources' at Parma University, Italy - Faculty of Engineering & Management.

Daniela Alderighi

Trained in marketing and sales in the

multinational company Johnson Wax, she covers for years the position of marketing director in Italian leading companies, such

as Pavesi and Barilla, where she is responsible for a large portfolio of products and brands.

She has been business international co-ordinator, managing diffusion of 'made-in-Italy' brands into several countries. She takes assignments also in R&D, with strategic focus on innovation.

Since years she is at medium small-size companies’ side in several industries, from food to mechanical. She supports companies

in : strategic development, action plans focused on brand and distinctiveness building as competitive advantage, create value for

company assets, communication, new products generation.

Marco Re

Educated in engineering he has consolidated a solid experience within an international consulting group based in London, including ICT experts with an IBM background.

He has contributed as project leader to technology start-up projects actively collaborating in the creation of new products with some of the leading vendors in the European and North Asian market - such as Sony Ericsson and MiTAC.

He has been working for years as an interim manager, in various sectors, especially ICT, for the governance and management of projects and processes according to widely recognized international best practices (PRINCE2®, Agile, ITIL®) and stardards (ISO 21500:2012), achieving significant results in terms of effectiveness, cost saving and professional growth of resources.

He is PRINCE2 Agile® Registered Practitioner and PRINCE2® Approved Trainer. For the Milan Order of Engineers he is a trainer in courses for new graduates and undergraduates at the Politecnico di Milano.

Gianenrico Vitali

With a large background in administration, finance and control, he has been manager for years in big companies like Zanussi Group, La Rinascente, NSC.

He has been managing re-organization programmes in this functional area implementing advanced management accounting systems, both addressed to the inside and to the head-quarter structure.

He has promoted in all his job assignments the introduction of I.T. systems focused to an efficient and effective management control.

Since years, he supports medium small- size companies, in several industries, for all the organization issues related with administration, finance, control in all the company phases, from turnaround, to restructuring, to development.

Mauro Brignola

With an upward background in sales, he has

been manager in big companies, such as Ericsson Telecommunication and enlarged his experience in the I.T. industry, on - line data

and internet applications.

He has been managing companies like Informatica e Telecomunicazioni spa, and Atos multimedia with responsibility of direct

and indirect sales force, implementing interactive services, such as home banking, trading on line and call centre.

Since years, he is at companies’ side, in technological and non technological industries, supporting them in Italy and international in: sales strategy, build up and training of salesforce, implementation of international network, identification of business opportunities.
